Rates are based on the time of the season and numbers of guests for each of our award-winning apartments. Weekly rates and longer stays are welcomed. Please enquire for additional information. Available all year.

When you turn onto Herschell Street, look for the Parkers Chambers Building, the left hand red door is the entrance to the apartments and you will see the electronic keypad for entry. The right hand door is the entrance to the Buddhist Centre next door.

FAQs
Can I check in early?
Check in is 3pm. Please enquire should you need to check in early and where possible we will accommodate you. This is not always possible if a guest is checking out the same morning as the changeover does take quite some time. We reserve the right to charge an extra fee for this.
Can I request a late checkout?

Are there kitchen facilities?
Yes, both Parkers 1 (3 Bedroom apartment), and Parkers 2 (2 Bedroom and 1 Bedroom) have full kitchen facilities. Our studio has a small fridge and tea/coffee making facilities only.
Are you dog/pet friendly?
Animals are prohibited on and in the property.
What are the house rules?

Do you have special rates for weekly or monthly stays?
Please enquire with us outlining the dates you wish to stay and we will provide a discounted rate for this. For longer stays of 2 weeks or more, please note an extra cleaning fee of $50-$100 per week will be charged after the first week (depending on size of apartment). This ensures you will have a pleasant stay with fresh linen and a cleaned apartment every week of your stay. Your host will communicate with you further on this.
Do I need to bring my own linen?
Linen is provided and included in the nightly price.
Are there laundry facilities?
Both Parkers 1 (3 Bedroom apartment), and Parkers 2 (2 Bedroom and 1 Bedroom) have full laundry facilities. Our studio does not have laundry facilities.
What parking is available?
Public parking is available on the road right at the front door, including 10 minute loading zones. This is $1 per hour during business hours and free of charge outside business hours. Because town can be busy at peak times we also have a private park available for guest use free of charge one block away, this is located in the Cathedral Lane carpark round the corner past the big church. Information on parking is provided with your check in details.
Do you have lift access?
No. There is one flight of stairs to the apartments.
Do you have a port a cot and high chair?
Yes, we have a limited supply so can provide these on a first in first served basis. You need to have confirmed this as part of your booking to guarantee it.
